FAST 5 Football - Live the Dream

WHAT IS

FAST 5 is a 5-a-side football tournament featuring six or more teams, competing over the course of one or two days at a nominated venue. The tournament comprises a round-robin group stage followed by a single elimination knockout stage with the winning team crowned, the FAST 5 Champions!

To offer footballers the opportunity to live the football dream while forming lifelong relationships in their communities.

THE TOURNAMENT

Played indoor or outdoor one/two days over a weekend

10 minutes halves (depending on number of teams)

FAST 5 is open to all races, cultures and nationalities

FAST 5 is played using futsal rules, with a twist

Group stage followed by single elimination knockouts

FAST 5 tournaments for men, women and youth

Through FAST 5, you will meet, socialise with and make new friends. You will have the opportunity to learn about other cultures and beliefs while building confidence and developing social skills.
